The person selected for this position is responsible for:
Providing technical support to both clients and other team members
Managing and prioritizing daily tickets
Accountability for ensuring high response and resolution times
Delivering excellent customer service
Root cause identification of on-going problems and trends

We are currently seeking candidates to join our growing organization as a support and implementation Engineer. The person selected for this position will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of IT related solutions.
The following skills and/or experience are required to be considered:
No less than five years of related experience in the IT field
Windows Desktop OS Administration/Installation/Troubleshooting
Windows Server Administration/Installation/Troubleshooting
Exchange Server Administration
Strong basic and intermediate networking skills with some advanced knowledge
Experience with some or all of the following is a preferred:
Cisco router configuration/troubleshooting
Cisco ASA Firewall configuration
Storage Craft Shadow Protect/Backup Exec/various other backup products
