Messenger 911 - Improve Your Stations Alarm Processing Time

SSD Messenger 911 is an Integrated Station Alerting System designed for volunteer fire and EMS companies. This wireless paging software is deployed at hundreds of fire companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.

When a local fire company wanted to improve the way they dispatch and coordinate their emergency response, we developed Messenger 911 - a custom software application that captures the transmission of the CAD/fireboard alarm data and forwards that information to local station printers, wireless messaging devices, and LED display signs in the fire station.

Automatic Station-Based Notification Features
Messenger 911 operates at individual stations giving you complete control over who is notified of alarms and how. Messenger 911 supports all common paging and wireless messaging protocols, as well as local station printers and LED display signs.

Selective Notification
Alarm notifications may be grouped for EMS, fire, or any other custom incident group defined by you. This is a great feature for including outside special-capability rescue personnel on specific station alerts, such as water rescue and divers.
