How can we help your business grow?

Client Portal

Save Time, Energy, and the Environment with the SSD Client Portal – Coming Soon!

SSD Technology Partners has worked diligently to streamline our internal processes and eliminate waste in employee productivity and resources. Our next initiative is to extend this effort to combat waste to our clients in a new way – with the SSD Client Portal, scheduled to launch in January 2012.

Read on, and learn how the SSD Client Portal can improve your company’s daily functionality while eliminating common forms of corporate waste.

Save Time: In an effort to provide our clients with seamless communication and improve our already fast response times, we are creating a workflow ticketing system within the SSD Client Portal. Clients still have the option of contacting the Technical Assistance Center via telephone or email, but the portal will offer another path to a streamlined, documented and efficient workflow.

Save Energy: The Environmental Protection Agency recommends setting computers to automatically enter a low powered “sleep” mode after 30-60 minutes of inactivity to conserve energy. The US could save 44 billion kWh or $4 billion dollars worth of electricity if all office computers and monitors were set to sleep mode when not in use.

With the NEW automated Power Management System, accessed through the SSD Client Portal, SSD clients can enter their work schedule to eliminate wasted electricity. You can also share your estimated savings with others via a link placed on your company website.

Save the Environment: In June 2011, SSD Technology Partners moved to an electronic invoicing system; eliminating the need for paper invoices, envelopes, postage, and the fuel used for traditional mail delivery. In addition to this system, the SSD Client Portal will also allow for the delivery and approval of purchase orders and other services recommended for our clients.

SSD will continue to pursue ideas and solutions that protect our environmental resources and improve our clients’ bottom lines. If you have an idea to share please email us.

(Projected launch date for the SSD Client Portal is January 2012)
