SSD's proven Matching Record Search searches your Banner® database for existing records that match the incoming data. If matched, Axiom will update the existing record according to your business rules.

Axiom gives you the ability to integrate your custom code and procedures into any configured source. Customized code can even be run  at various stages within the upload process. When your needs change, Axiom changes just as easily. Each upload source can utilize different rules to create a solution to fit every situation.

 

Axiom integrates with Banner® Financial Aid Module

Not only can Axiom upload data to your Banner® Student Module, but Axiom now can integrate with your Banner® Financial Aid Module.  In conjunction with AnyDoc™ you can scan Financial Aid forms and tax forms and upload that data to Banner® Financial Aid via Axiom.

Data is extracted from verification forms (Independent and Dependent) and tax forms (1040, 1040A and 1040EZ) using intelligent extraction techniques developed by SSD, Inc..  Forms are then attached to the appropriate student using the internal Banner® identification number.  The data is then brought into Axiom where mathematical calculations, defined by your University, are performed.  These calculations are sound Financial Aid logic that will no longer need to be performed by departmental staff.  You can establish parameters that can be identified to reviewed the incoming data in order to avoid overwriting your existing data. Axiom also identifies student tax forms versus parent tax forms.

Certain Financial Aid forms can also be recreated using Axiom Web to process the data.  

Axiom updates tax form data, requirements and all logging files within the Financial Aid module.
